How It works
★ Each purchase of this Custom Color Add On applies to one platinum ring. Please order according to the number of rings you'd like to customize.
★ After checking out, please contact us via Instagram DM immediately to provide the details of how you'd like your ring to be customized.
★ The customizable elements are the colors and their placement. You can send us reference photos or the HEX codes of the exact colors you'd like.
★ We will then send you a digital color draft for your approval before production begins.

Terms and Conditions
★ Once the digital color draft has been approved, no further changes or revisions will be accepted.
★ Please note that colors may appear slightly different on screen than in real life due to differences in monitor and device settings.
★ Custom color designs are not exclusive. Similar or identical color combinations may be created for future orders.
★ Custom color orders are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
